Harcourts Mandurah has been the number one Harcourts office in Western Australia for 11 consecutive years. And yet, like many brokerages, consistent email follow-up was a weak spot. Every send was dragged down by slow, admin-heavy tools.

“Our reps were good on the phone, great with home opens, but staying in touch with consistent email was a challenge”, says Ben Hatch, Director at Harcourts Mandurah.

ActivePipe changed that. A marketing team member rolled it out across the office, setting it up for every agent. “We were able to set it and forget it for about a year,” Hatch says.

They invited clients to opt in with a simple email explaining exactly what they’d get, like a first look at new listings, open homes, and recent sales. That transparency built trust and kept unsubscribe rates under 1%.

After the first year of letting ActivePipe do the heavy lifting, the team began to dig deeper. With ActivePipe’s data, they identified buyers early and gave them the inside scoop on new properties coming to market. And if someone did unsubscribe, a rep would follow up with a quick call, often turning it into another touchpoint.

Since 2020, Harcourts Mandurah has doubled its market share, grown its database from 30,000 to 75,800 contacts, and seen a website traffic surge with every campaign.

“To anyone looking to bring on ActivePipe, you should put it at the top of your list,” says Hatch.
