Not only is this powerful data presented in a friendly way, but you can now utilise it to better target your communications.

Up until now, ActivePipe told you which emails your subscribers were opening and which links they were clicking on – certainly not unimportant information, but user feedback has told us that agents want more. You want to understand which properties people are interacting with, how often and recently they are interacting with them, where the properties are located and what they have in common.Our enhanced subscriber report (shown above) now provides all of this, and more.At a quick glance you can see which properties are of interest to a subscriber, along with where these are located in relation to the subscriber’s own address. As you view this information, it’s likely that you’re ready to get in touch with the subscriber – that’s why we have their contact details at hand.What’s more, we now have the ability to start profiling their requirements to help you better understand what it is they are looking for in a property:– Are they a first home buyer, upsizing or downsizing, or an investor?
