What results have you had using ActivePipe so far?

As a Principal I am keen to ensure that we are consistent in the way we communicate with our

clients, ActivePipe delivers this consistency; plus, I am seeing some really great activity driven to

our website, something which has traditionally been difficult to generate. We are becoming less

reliant on REA.

In terms of fundamentals our emails are distributed with a minimum of effort, our Open rate is at

30% which is much better than it used to be, and the click rate is really strong which suggests that

our contacts are happy with what we’re sending them.

Do you believe there is a value to your client?

Yes I do. Exposure of their property to our database was previously sporadic but ActivePipe

formalises it. Vendors obviously know the value because we get complaints when it doesn’t

appear!

 

Do you think that ActivePipe is giving you a professional edge?

It certainly helps us be distinctive and leverage our brand in the local area. It is effective in

presenting a professional and consistent update to our contacts – buyers and vendors – and the

feedback from our clients is good.

 

How does ActivePipe enhance your efficiency and practices in the office?

We send over 5,000 updates every week without having to touch a thing!

Our Admin team spend less time doing email, our agents are presented with data they can use to

fine tune their follow up and I get an overview of everything – agent activity, property engagement,

contact interactions etc. So it has to be helping our office be more efficient.

 

Is there anything else you would like to add?

Our office has received 10 requests for appraisal from ActivePipe in a very short space of time;

plus, it shows us which properties are popular, what the buyers and vendors are looking at and it’s

saving us time.

We have a large team and whilst I’m personally not looking at ActivePipe every day, I know that

the agents are using it to help them win business. They love it and they’re the ones who are seeing

the results.
